Blane is a NASM-certified personal trainer with a B.S. in Exercise Science from UT Austin. He works with everyone from first-time exercisers to athletes of all ages. He understands how overwhelming starting a health journey can be-especially with existing injuries-and uses efficient dietary changes, corrective exercise, and resistance training to help clients reach their goals safely. Focus areas include injury prevention and rehabilitation, balance and fall prevention, mobility, postural correction, functional and sport-specific training, shoulder pain, weight loss, muscle gain, and strength & conditioning. He is also an on-call firefighter and boxing coach.
